Rocky View Schools (RVS) invites parents/guardians, students and staff to give their feedback regarding the proposed school calendars for the 2025/26 and 2026/27 school years. Developing a school calendar is an important process that must take into consideration many differing factors and collecting feedback from our RVS families and staff is a key part of the process.  

Beginning in 2025/26, RVS is considering the introduction of a fall break in November to support staff and student well-being. The survey includes questions about the impact a break in November might have for our RVS families. It is important to note RVS is legally required to include a minimum number of school days, professional learning days and all statutory holidays into every school year calendar.
