Outdoor water restrictions are in place for Airdrie and Chestermere due to urgent repairs by the City of Calgary to address identified weaknesses in their water feeder main. These restrictions are expected to be in place until the end of September 2024. Rocky View Schools takes direction from our local municipalities in these situations. We are doing our part to conserve water where possible. Classes will continue as scheduled and lesson plans will proceed as normal. Students and staff are to use water in the washrooms for handwashing and flushing toilets in school as normal. Water fountains remain open for drinking water.  We will monitor the situation and let you know if there are further impacts to our schools.
