Board Re-elects Chair and Vice-Chair

During the Board of Trustees' organizational meeting on Sept. 19, RVS trustees re-elected Ward 6 Trustee Fiona Gilbert to be Board Chair for the 2024/25 school year. Gilbert was first elected to the Board of Trustees in 2013 and is serving her third term as trustee.

The Board also re-elected Ward 5 Trustee Judi Hunter as Vice-Chair. Currently in her second term as trustee, Hunter was first elected in 2017.

Rocky View Schools would like to acknowledge the land and recognize all the Indigenous Peoples whose footprints have marked these lands from time immemorial. Together, we can learn and honour the Ways of Knowing of Indigenous Peoples for all future generations.
