Registration for the 2025/26 school year is now open at RVS’ two online schools, Summit Trails Online High School and Discovery Trails Online School.

Summit Trails Online High School welcomes students in Grades 10–12, while Discovery Trails Online School serves learners in Grades 1–9. Both schools offer free registration to students across Alberta.

Students are welcome to transfer to either school from their current school. Early registration is recommended.

Combining real-time online video sessions, interactive activities, pre-recorded content and independent study, these schools provide a flexible and supportive learning environment. Students benefit not only from the flexibility and support the schools provide but also from the opportunity to connect with a vibrant online community of peers from across the province.
